The dissertation Segeltuch und Emballage – Textilien im mittelalterlichen Warentransport auf Nord- und Ostsee (Canvas and Packaging – Textiles in Medieval Goods Transport on the North Sea and Baltic Sea) was awarded the sponsorship prize of the Dr. Helmut and Hannelore Greve Foundation, Hamburg.
