Librarian - lost and found!

Alina Twietmeyer B.A. is the new librarian in the Institute for historical Coastal Research and the Institute for Avian Research since February 2021. Following retired librarian Lothar Spath, she convincingly completed the application process. After her professional training in Hamburg and Hannover and internships e.g. at the Library of Congress in Washington D.C., she worked in Hamburg at the Leibniz-Science Information Centre, with the law firm Allen & Overy and in the archive of NDR broadcasting. Therefore, she is well equipped to handle the challenges of specialised scientific libraries. We welcome our new colleague and look forward to fruitful cooperation!
